| Mr McCann joined UTV in 1983 as Financial Controller/Company Secretary. He became General Manager in 1989, was appointed to the Board in 1992 and became Managing Director (now Group Chief Executive) from 1 October 1999. |

| Mr Downey joined UTV in 1998 as Financial Controller having previously held a number of senior posts with Viridian Group plc. On 17 September he was appointed as Company Secretary of UTV and 24 November 2000 was appointed to the Board as Finance Director. He then held the role of Group Finance Director before being appointed as Group Commercial Director on 15 December 2006. He has a broad remit across the Group with particular emphasis on sales growth. |

| Mr Taunton joined UTV in 2000 as Managing Director of UTV Internet following UTV's acquisition of DNA where he was General Manager. In 2002 he was appointed Group Business Development Director with responsibility for both radio and new media and in 2005 he took over as Managing Director of UTV's radio interests in GB following UTV's acquisition of The Wireless Group. He was appointed to the board on 25 November 2005. |

| GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR: Norman McKeown, BSc. (Econ) FCA |

Mr McKeown joined UTV on 17 November 2008 as Group Finance Director (Designate).
A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, Mr McKeown qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Belfast. Over a ten year period he held a number of senior finance positions with Bass plc in Northern Ireland, Scotland and England. Subsequently, he worked for Scottish & Newcastle plc in Edinburgh for three years before taking the role of Group Finance Director with Lamont Holdings plc based in Belfast. In 2000 Mr McKeown joined Sepha, a manufacturer of pharmaceutical packaging equipment as Finance Director. He led a management buy-out in 2005 and was then appointed Managing Director.
He was appointed to the Board as Group Finance Director on 11 March 2009. Aged 51. |
