Training and Development Programme
UTV provides all staff with a comprehensive Induction Programme during their 6 month probationary period.
UTV has an ongoing staff training and development programme. We also encourage ongoing staff coaching, job shadowing and development opportunities throughout all departments and support staff who wish to undertake further education programmes relevant to their job role.
Employee Assistance Programme
We offer a 24 hour crisis call telephone counselling helpline. This facility is available for all employees of UTV Media plc and members of their immediate family who live with them.
