Group Management Structure
The management of UTV Media plc is structured to reflect the Company's business activities, with separate divisions assigned to Television, Radio and New Media. These divisions are supported by group services covering the Engineering, Human Resources, Finance and Administrative functions.
The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for the Group's strategic direction while each Executive Director has responsibility for specific departmental activities within UTV. Day-to-day operational matters across the business are managed and controlled by a Management Committee, comprised of Executive Directors and senior managers. This team is responsible for operational decisions and the effective functioning of the principal activities within the Group.
